MasterBaker2
The oblique turned out the best I think. They're both scented Med Fig. Kind of a wierd scent for the color combo but.......

BrySC
Dang...those are great. Sure wish I could do that. I've tried marbles once, and didn't even come close. Did you happen to follow the marble instructions on this site?

Did you happen to follow the marble instructions on this site?Actually I did. I let the wax get a little drier than what it describes but only because I got distracted. I've got four more to unmold tomorrow and I hope they turn out as well.

Aspencreek
Those look great. I really like the colors. The really remind me of a peice of marble.
Mtngrl
I don't know that the colors are all that odd for med fig. I finally tried a sample of that FO. Although I like it, I can't really place it (like you can when you smell rose or sage & lemongrass, for examples); so, those colors are GREAT w/ that FO! The design of your marbles is very interesting - puts me in mind of tiger stripes. MEOW!
BruceCarvesWax
Nice looking! How did you get the gold color... kinda looks like what the gold pigments look like in wax. Bruce
MasterBaker2
Nice looking! How did you get the gold color... kinda looks like what the gold pigments look like in wax. BruceI used some block ivory and then added 2 drops of coffee brown to 3 lbs of wax. I was going for more of an oatmeal color but I still like it even though it did turn out with more goldish.
