I've made them from alcohol and distilled water with FO but have never used any of the bases that suppliers sell. Is one better than the other? Thanks in advance! Thanks for your help! It's a thick heavy oil. It's used in making roll on oils and used as a solvent for incense. To use as a spray you'd have to dilute it further with alcohol. It's pretty easy but requires some testing to find your perfect recipe. Cyclo would be my next choice. That you can just add FO to it.
