Mozzie Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 Hi, I'm testing fo's from a new company and here's a sample of the candles I made to try them out with, also trialling painting on candles (need to practice more). Hope you like. BTW anyone know why the coffee ball has so much frosting? Quote
Donita Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 Well now.......I haven't done any with a Celtic theme and we have a store downtown called the Celtic Knot. Thanks for sharing....now you know that I will have to do some. Just never thought of it.....yours look great!!!!!!!!!!!! Donita Quote
tucker Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 Hey Mozz. sure do like your celtic. WOW you done good stuff. Like the TV show here in Canada says "HOW'D YA DO THAT?" Quote
Jojo T. Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 They are fantastic - especially the Celtic painted crackles, which are superb. My balls tend to get a bit of frosting on them too - are you using an aluminium seamless ball? It looks like it. My latest thought is that I may have to pour the wax hotter or warm the inside of the mold first with mine. Quote
candlesprite7 Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 The celtic ones are my Favorite! They look really great! Quote
sharyl55 Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 Heck, I haven't figured out how you did the crumpled beer can candles yet. Now there are celtic knots. Your painting skills look pretty darn good to me. Quote
