Well, I 'm just so happy to have  two separate work spaces now, one side of the room for candles, one side for M&P soap.  Anywho, I'm working away at the candle table, and thought I'd get some  goats' milk M&P melting. Put it in the micro for 30 seconds, got busy with candles....A few Minutes later I realize the micro is still going.  I had set it for 30 minutes!  That SH... stuff was boiling away and phew did it smell bad.  Ok lesson learned, never doing THAT again, (I hope)

Oh man, been there done that. Only instead of 30 minutes it was only 3 minutes, but yeah, same thing, boiling M&P that stunk to high heaven. Realized what was happening at the 2.5 minute mark. LOL

I've stopped trying to do both candles and soaps at the same time because inevitably I would measure fragrance for the wrong one. Not a good thing to mix up  Almost poured soap last night without even putting the fragrance in at all.

I used to do this all the time!! 

Now I mix my FO with my oils so I rarely ever forget. 

On the rare occasion where I mix my FO in at trace, I make sure I put my FO IN my mold, so I can't pour the soap without seeing the FO first.
