  3. The same heat gun that you are refering to is not a good deal. Mine went out within 3 weeks. And I didn't use it but a handful of times.
  4. My thoughts exactly. But now that I make candles I am fairly anal about correct burning & trimming to achieve the perfect burn. Hardest on family & they still don't listen sometimes. So I would test the theory of burning ALL day,etc...
  5. I can't imagine a split. I have used that wax and others & have never seen a split. I apologize I can't give a clue to the issue. I just can't imagine a split . Edited to say sorry for being redundent w/ reply.

Enjoyed all the reading @ MS. lol I don't take many tips from her if I happen to see any. on the serious side I saw in a magazine where they took what I thought to be a container candle & placed it in a larger container and put popped corn between the 2 containers. Supposed to make the scent of popcorn. I wouldn't use a floral FO though! LMAO
  14. I must reinterate what gerrie said. "Patience" is the key to candle making. I have never been very patient, but w/ this I have discovered it definetley pays off.

  22. If this in the wrong place I am sorry. Just a note to all out there that EBCandles has great Mechanics Soap. Starts to work on first use. smells great & is makes hands very soft. My DH is a heavy equipment mechanic, I bought some, he tried it He LOVED it!!! More importantly I love it. Had some waiting for a review from me concerning this soap. Sent it to her she said she would order also.!!! Thanks Carmen!!:highfive:
