Thank you Its a straight paraffin that I blend with additives. As far as how I did it, it's kind of hard to explain but its very similar to making a chunk candle

Perhaps you are allergic to that particular fragrance? When I mix citronella, no matter how far back I stay, my face and throat swell and my ears plug up. Seems to be the only fragrance so far that does it to me.

awww, bummer Keep enjoying what you do and who knows, maybe they will change their mind and you will be wanting to do wholesale by then. I know what you mean though, I used to say I didn't want to wholesale, but once I started doing it I really enjoyed the relationship I had with my wholesale clients.

I had something similar happen and when I emailed her back to provide me with more info such as an invoice number and more specifics on her order and what exactly was the problem besides general dissatisfaction, I never heard another thing. I think it was an attempt to get something free or perhaps a competitor trying to "shake" me up. Either way, they didn't get what they wanted. Just be professional and show a genuine concern for their grievance and show a willingness to understand what exactly is the issue. Some people just like to complain no matter what. Don't take it personal if you can't satisfy everyone. If you have 20 satisfied customers and 1 complainer you're doing just fine :smiley2: HTH
