  1. I rebatched the CP I did with the white, blue and green swirls that looked weird to me. It hardened up very fast and my hubby is using it with no problems. I let it sit for just a week. I didtnt use any more lye either. It will melt and cook. DOnt add extra lye.
  2. I usually add more water to make it flow into the mold better doing HP(for example ...if I need 12oz of water I usually use 15oz). This makes my cure time much longer. This time I didnt add any extra water and it flowed very nice into the mold and looks smooth. I think the great feel from the soap comes from the silk.
  3. I made a HP batch Friday using Sodium Lactate and Silk Fibers and a bit of sugar in the lye solution. Wow wow wow. The soap feels so good. Do all of you put these items in the lye? I will from now on. It made such a difference on how the soap feels. My hubby thinks I am loosing it because I kept going to the sink and washing my hands with the soap pot scraps. Then I would tell him look and feel my hands...They are so silky and soft. He just rolled his eyes.
  4. I rebatched the other day in the crock pot on low. I just put the shreds in and sprinkled with a smal amount of water and stired every so often.
  5. Very nice! Is it hard to make? I would nto even know how to start.
  6. I love the videos! Keep em coming and thanks for doing them!

  16. My son loves them. He swears they keep his face clear. I have not tried them myself so I whipped up a batch the other night. I am letting them cure a bit before I try.
  17. Thanks for the compliments! I was so excited that they turned out good. From everything I read there is a problem with cutting sometimes. I cant wait to use them. My son was the one that wanted them for several months now..I finally got the nerve to try!
  18. They were supposed to be light blue but they are almost white. I cant wait till I can use them.
