I wont do them because its not worth it to me to risk a jar breaking and starting a fire etc. The way ive seen most customers burn candle,s just scares me to much. Glass weakens over time and if someones burning a container candle to long and its getting to hot who knows what disaster could happen. If anyone asks me to do this ,i point out to them the risks and that their not going to save that much any way as their only saving the price of the container. Besides the danger above its time consuming to clean a bunch of used containers and the cost of a jar dosent compensate for my time as far as im concerned. Lin

I just wanted to share with everyone that i recieved a fragrance from them that i didnt feel smelled at all like the way it was suppose to smell, and i got a phone call after e-mailing them and i couldnt beleave how nice the man was and said he would redo the formulation and send me a new batch. I couldnt beleave he would do this for just me,lol. He even insisted i keep the first one which didnt smell bad, it just dosent smell like tresor. So many companies wouldnt have bothered even listening to me so i felt i should share how i was treated. Lin

OMG These two scents are wonderful and i dont think they smell like toothpaste at all. Mine are both from peaks and very popular with my customers. I cant keep the sweetpea in stock. Lin

Thanks for trying to help but the one i saw heated up and you just put the taper in and melted it into the shape. Ill just have to figure out where i saw it. Thanks any way. Lin

I did get the ultra consentrate and its strong but just dosent smell like the right scent to me. Its to bad cause i havent found this tresor any where else. I wish peaks carried more dupes cause i trust them the most and they dont kill you with prices. Oh well guess its just one i wont have. Thanks for all the help everyone. Lin

something to shape the bottom of taper candles to fit in basic holders. Sorry i cant think what its called but i think it warms up and you stick the bottom of the candle in it and it shapes the bottom. I saw one some place and cant find it now. Thanks Lin

wow i just checked out candle cacoons vanilla voodoo and boy are their prices high. They should be strong for $18.00 for 8oz,s. Lin

Has anyone had good fo,s from this company. I just ordered a couple and im very disapointed in their smell. I wanted tresor type but this smells like a toliet water my grandmother use to wear, and im not kidding at all. If anyone knows where i can get the right one that smells true could you please let me know. Thanks Lin

Took a shower with the shower gel i made with this and its a very nice fo but i find it very mild as far as the smell. Tried to add a little extra to help but it thins the gel out to much. Guess ill call this a soft vanilla,lol. Made a 9oz hex candle but im waiting a couple days before burning it so it cures a little before testing it. I used j-223 and a 51z wick and will post results when i test. Lin

Try pumpkin pie spice from peaks, its very strong and smells just like a true pumpkin pie. Lin

ok recieved mine today and i made a 16 oz bottle of shower gel with 3/4 tsp of fo and it smells kind of light to me but ill check it again tomorrow when its settled more. I wanted it for my b&b line and im hoping it gets stronger. Will update tomorrow. Lin

Like so many other people, i to was having a problem useing cookie cutters and not getting good ones. I sometimes take my hurrican wax and pour extra into a glass bowl cause it pops right out when it gets hard so i thought maybe the embeds would come out like that( not exactley) useing just the glass they still stuck, so i took a piece of wax paper lined the glass pie pan poured the wax and when it set up inserted the metal cookie cutter, then stuck the pan in the fridge til cold. crossing my fingers as i took it out i just pulled the wax paper up slowly and the shapes popped right out then i just put the rest back in the wax pot to melt again. I made a half dozen hearts ive been trying to make seems forever but these came out PERFECT. Enjoy your next try. Lin

Well i hate to bash any buissiness but id have to say gen wax. they recommended the s wick for a tall church container candle and they didnt work as they burned the container solid black. I tried reaching them on several occations and they neaver responded at all. This was more than a year ago so i just neaver delt with them again. Needless to say im still trying to wick this container right,lol. By the way if anyone has any ideas id love to hear them,lol. Lin

I was wondering what everyone does after making a supply of pillars. Do you wrap them or just leave them open? And if left open do they loose scent? Just started doing them and not sure how to store them. Lin

Well i to wanted to do things for the men and alot of them just love Drakkar. I make baskets up all the time with just this scent and i still cant keep them in stock. I get mine from Lonestar and it is great. Cant go wrong with this one. Lin
