  3. I was able to get Green Tea which is my favorite of hers...can't believe nobody got it...it is so yummy in soap and so relaxing in candles!!!
  4. That's weird because I get this oil from them since hubby wears it (their oil is the men's version) and it is right on the money...maybe you got a dud?? I would email them.
  5. How did you find out about the old mill sale? I order from them all the time and I didn't know they had a sale :undecided
  6. You should also think about how you would feel if someone ordered 100 bags tomorrow...what would be worth it to you to sit and make a 100 bags...you need to calculate your time in making them to see if it is worth it and test sell them at a cost that you can live with because to put that much work into something to only make a few cents...doesn't make sense So jack that price up and test them to see how they sell! Very nice!!
  7. Definitely a good idea to meet with an accountant...it has made my life easier for sure
  8. I think a lot of people blow off insurance when first starting to sell but it is very important to be covered by a policy for your candlemaking and bath/body making!
  9. Did you see she is sold out on her website...how can you know that your going to be on national tv and not be prepared with lots of soap mad...free advertising..think of all the business she is losing for the holidays:confused:
  10. But is it Dead Sea Salt or just Sea Salt...ours only carries Sea Salt, so I always order my dead sea salt.
  11. Well, I got a message from them this afternoon that they looked in their inventory and the serum pump sprayers got mixed in with the fine mist ones...so I will talk to them tomorrow...I knew I wasn't going crazy...well maybe just a little bit
  12. Okay, I thought I would try a new fine mist spray bottle, so I ordered these from scentworks: http://store.scent-works.com/4ozbralimbo2.html It says on the site that it has a fine mist sprayer which is what I need for my body spray. Well I got them and it doesn't come out fine...it comes out gloopy like serum. They told me it must be my recipe...it's just cyclo and scent with ratio of 5 to 1 (cyclo to scent) ...and it works with their black fine mist sprayers??? They then asked me to send a photo which I did and they said they sent me the wrong ones...they sent me serum/lotion ones and that they would send me replacements and pick the others up. Well I got the new ones and they are the same thing:confused: So, I emailed them back and didn't get a response, so after several days, I emailed again asking for a response. Well they seem irritated and said they are sorry that they are not working with my formula...it is cyclo I bought from them and their scent...nothing abnormal about it...and there is no supplier that will guarantee any product to work with every possible combination of ingredients or containers....and she attached their return policy with the restocking fee. So I asked if they could just send me their black fine mist sprayers that I use but I don't want to pay a restocking fee for something that they have mislabeled. Even when you put water in it, it doesn't spray ...it blobs out in big squirts. She said she would call to talk to me but I didn't get a call. If I don't hear from her tomorrow, I will call. This is the first time in 7 years I have had a problem with a supplier...has anyone else tried these?
  13. Even if he paid cash in the future, I still wouldn't do business with him...do you really want someone like this representing your products in his store:confused:
  14. You did a great job on those! I have tried several chocolate scents but my customers just don't like chocolate for some reason. They like to eat it but not smell it. So I just burn them for me cuz I like them. You are going to have fun with all your ideas!
  15. I got it too and it's good but nothing like Fierce...which is what they scent the store in :undecided
  16. I am not referring to the silicone food ones we can get in walmart or target...I am talking about the food ones they use for gumpaste/cake decorating...sorry to confuse.:smiley2:
  17. I have had someone ask me about a fragrance that Candlelite carries called Frosted Snowberries...any dupes out there? What does it even smell like?
  18. I tried RE's new Ezra...it doesn't smell anything like Fierce...it is good...but I LOVE FIERCE...so it doesn't compare.
  19. I like the logo part on the left with the tealight but if I didn't know to look for a candle, I wouldn't think it was a candle website. I love the concept but I think the designer needs to incorporate more on the right to show what you sell...I just see a big hand grabbing a hitchhiking cartoon girl. Just my opinion. Again, I love your concept and the products you have shown us, but if you are paying someone to do this, I think it still needs work.
