I bought an OKI C3200n a couple years ago after reading good reviews from people on here. I have had nothing but trouble with it. Even when it is on the label media printing it burns them up or they get stuck/hung up. The only thing it prints good is regular paper. I tried printing water soluble paper today and no matter what setting I tried, it ate it every time. Anyone suggest a good color laser printer?

Did you ever get a good laser printer for clear labels? I hate my Oki!

I have a question for those that have used/sold levines Mosaic Electric Plug In Burners. I have been selling these since they came out but have had a lot of customers emailing me lately about them breaking. Levines has been fantastic about sending me replacements and they tested them themselves but had no problems. I tested 4 of them plus 1 of the replacements Levines sent and actually did have the same problems my customers have made me aware of. This worries me and I don't know if it is climate related or what. The mosaic plug in burner takes a higher wattage bulb than the others...it takes a 25 watt that comes with them. I thought maybe the bulb is too hot for it. In my test, I turned on on the plug in for several hours and then turned off. I used 4794 wax with 1oz/lb FO as I always do. The next day, I turn on the burner and after about 10 minutes to an hour I hear a pop and the whole bottom circle of the top dish breaks and the wax falls down into the lower part. I LOVE these plug in burners and now I am afraid to sell them. None of my warmer climate customers have had problems...just ones who have cold weather (Illinois, New York). We (myself and Levines) thought it might be that the batch I had were bad but I tested one from the new ones they sent and the same thing. Has anyone had this happen? I am going to have my mom test them in her South Florida home to see if she has the problem.

I don't make CP soap and bought some at a craft fair the other day. The soap was squishy...you could push your fingers into it...I thought it was supposed to be hard?

I keep telling my sister about these and she is convinced the wax will make a mess in her fireplace. I don't have a fireplace so I have never used them. How exactly do they work?

That's what is weird...I keep my AC at 69 and yet my candles burn differently at hotels up north when I keep the AC at the same temp?

Why is it that someone tells you they have the perfect burn/wick combination and when you try it out, it isn't the case? Could it be the different climates? I bought some candles from different chandlers to see what they considered the perfect burn and a lot of them the wicks were way too big IMO...you think living in Florida with the humidity and heat, they need smaller wicks? I noticed once when I took some of my candles up north, the wicks burned like they needed to be wicked up but yet they burn perfectly in Florida. Anyway, I was just wondering if any of you have seen this before.

I didn't have one customer who liked Blackberry Jam Butter Cookie...everyone thought it was too sweet. I thought I liked it until I burned one that never sold and it is too sweet for me too. I love Daystar's Vanilla Bean though!
