  1. Thanks so much for posting that info. I hadn't even heard of them and I just got samples from the Jar Store to start testing. Fancy is definitely cheaper. Yeah! I'll be getting my jars from them!
  2. I can't seem to stop buying stuff - stuff to make lip balm, stuff to put it in, now I just need the flavors. Any recommendations from MMS? Or other supplier recommendations? TIA
  3. Oregon Trails Chai is on its way - of course with a few other things - why pay shipping for just one thing . I'll keep JS in mind in case OT isn't up to par.
  4. I just got some samples of the metro jars from The Jar Store and I thought they seemed a little thin. The lids definitely feel more sturdy. Would love to know if you can order these from Libbey? I really like this jar and would hate to waste time testing to give up on it.
  5. Thank you! I'll give it a try. Do you mind posting the link? I couldn't find it in a search.
  6. I must really be out of it. I went to their website to reorder an FO I haven't ordered in quite some time and it's down. Does anyone know what happened to them? I really loved their Chai Tea FO and a customer is requesting it. And, what's more important, can anyone recommend a true Chai Tea FO?? I've tried NG, but wasn't as creamy as Patticakes.
  7. I am about to try this recipe! What would you substitute with Mango? Duh! the cocoa butter - nevermind, answered my own question. Just curious if anyone has tried a mixture of butters? Maybe I'll give that a try and let you know how it is.
  8. *wishful thinking* Maybe someone could do a co-op - for 40 cases it's only $1.01 a pound!
  9. I agree - the bags definitely hold the scent in. What about labels on the candles? I've seen it with Archepelago (sp?) candles, but don't know of labels that would stick to wax nicely.
  10. Just curious what is Candle Wreath?
  11. First I used a poly bag and tied with a ribbon and a hang tag. But the bags got beat up after a while. Then I switched to a heavy-weight matte paper band wrap, which is what I'm doing now. But the cutting and wrapping and taping really takes a while. I was thinking of just putting a hang tag on the wick. So I was curious what others do for my own inspiration. You all are so creative!
  12. Just to see how it looked, I tried iron on transfers on a canvas tote. It worked great, super easy to do. The only problem was that at certain angles you could see the actual transfer material edging. There are some websites you could look at for pricing: www.zazzle.com and www.customink.com. I've never tried them though.
  13. Thanks for the links - I saw those too when I was searching for recipes (which look great to try!). I just guesstimated - 1 cup of tea mixture to 1 TBS of goat milk. We'll see... Thanks everyone!
  14. Hi everyone, I want to add some ingredients to a bath tea base, particularly goat's milk powder (thanks cindym!). But I don't know how much to add. Any ideas? Thanks!
  15. I just got a Yuzu sample from SC and LOVE it! Never smelled it before so I can't compare, but I'm not shopping around - this one's for me. It makes me think of citrus. Maybe you could make your own combination with this??
  16. LOL!!! The image I have (Oh my!) in my head.
  17. Whew! I simply can't be the guinea pig here. Although I just got an email from BNL that they are going out of business. Figures!
  18. LOL - that's just too funny. But I'm not sure which is funnier - the fact that you grabbed the cuke to play with your kids, or that you can't find it now. Let us know where it was!
  19. Oh my gosh - I have GOT to stop looking at this board lol! I can't get any real paying work done!
  20. Oh great - I have no idea what I'm doing and I'm going to be the first one to use this stuff?
  21. I want to feel euphoric! Could you send some my way! lol
  22. Anyone use this before? I just got some and it seems a little hard and oily. It says to add FO, but I'm thinking it needs more than that. Just curious if anyone else has experience with it. THanks!
  23. Be sure to take a before and after picture of yourself
