  1. I've just started making candles for our house, and use the 4630. LOVE it!! I use 8oz mason jars. It has fantastic throw! I think I'll be sticking with this one! HTH!
  2. Well I guess I need to try it than! I have bedtime bath from wsp, and I really can't tell the difference between it and Lavender fields! their bedtime bath is very medicinial. Surprisingly, my boys are always asking for it to spray their pillows.. they think it maks them sleep better. Just what I DIDNT wanna do... find another supplier to try and fall in love with HAHA! THanks all!
  3. Saying a prayer for a quick recovery!!! Get lots of rest afterwards!
  4. thanks for looking, but those are the bedtime type ones. I'm looking for the lavender chamomile. I think it's called like Melt away stress or something? It's such a nice soft lavender scent.
  5. People are loving Cozy Christmas from WSP. Too early for me, but I like it too. Right now I am loving the cinnamony apple kinds. YUM! Smells like fall to me!
  6. I don't use a base for mine, just preserved water, fo, and poly20. I use 6ml FO for my 4oz sprays. (I like them strong though) HTH!
  7. I can't find it on their site. The only one I can find is the J&J Bedtime bath.
  8. Be careful, these CAN melt if left in a hot car....
  9. not a silly question! To make the beads, you mix the ornie beads and fo in a jar. Close it up, and every now and again give it a good shake. Sometimes it takes a couple days for the FO to completely soak up. You'll know when your beads are ready when you shake the jar and none stick to the sides. Than you can either put the beads in a sachet bag, or you can melt them to make like an ornament. I've never melted them, but I believe you put them in a metal cookie cutter and bake... I'm sure someone who has melted them will jump in here. I got a bunch of metal cookie cutters garage saleing this year and am eventually going to make the ornies. I like the idea for hanging them on an XMas tree!
  10. Patience.... yeah not so much here. That's why I don't think I could ever make CP soaps. HAHA I would want to use them the minute they came out of the mold! but yeah, the hardest part with the beads is the patience! I think i got my beads from wsp.. Either there or NG? Can't remember.
  11. How is the scent throw for you? I've tried these a few times, and just couldn't get a good throw for them
  12. What a FANTASTIC idea!!!! That's a great idea for making smaller batches with different scents. I make candles for myself only and wondered how I could make like 1 jar at a time! YAY!
  13. I don't think I've ever had an FO that took less than 24 hours to soak up. Most actually take 2-3 days, sometimes more. Hang in there! they'll soak up!
  14. This is going to sound crazy, but I use a spaghetti noodle. LOL Works great, but dang them things stink when they burn!!!!
  15. The spray lotion was pretty good too. LOL Now that I'm remembering that also. The scent lasted pretty long.
  16. Has anyone found a dupe of this fragrance? I LOVE the smell, but would poke my own out before using a store bought lotion. LOL I found a couple types on fragrance oil finder, but they're the BBW version. I've never smelled that one so not sure how it compares to the J&J version? Thanks!
  17. I bought the sampler lotion set from Aquatech. Their premium lotion is pretty good. Not greasy, soaks right in. Not bad at all. I REALLY like their hemp lotion base. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be able to work around their price increase or I would keep that base forever. I would really recommend getting the sample package from them if you were looking into carrying their products. I don't know what the price is for it now, but it was a great deal when I got it. I believe it was $15 for 6 4oz bottles and that included shipping.
  18. ok, color me embarassed, but what is a scented rag ball?
  19. I might have to give this a try. I'm just doing these for myself. Have no intentions of ever selling a candle, I'll stick to B&B, that keeps me busy enough. LOL I'm trying to get away from my addiction to Gold Canyon cuz that empties my bank account out. haha
  20. WAY TOO AWESOME! But I have to say, all the posts that I read of yours, I am NOT surprised people love ur stuff!!!!! You know your "stuff" to say the least!!!!!
  21. LOL That's why I refuse to use flower scents in the bathroom... To me it just smells like someone pooped in a flower garden. eesh! LOL
  22. Thanks so much!! I think i'll just stick with using these for my container candles. I just make these for myself so this slab is going to last quite a while HAHA~
  23. I've just started dabbling in candles. I have a slab of the 4630 from candlescience and was wondering if I can make tarts out of this? The site said it holds 9% FO load. Will that be enough for tarts? Thanks for the help!! Laura
  24. I just made my first candles last weekend and they turned out great! I got IGI 4630 container wax, and the jelly jars from candlescience. I can't wait to make more!
