  1. If you are fine with donating your goods to this as a charity - sounds fine. Otherwise, I'd pull my stuff. JMO. I'd be honest with the rep & explain the same thing you did with us here - that you're donating as much as you are able, but are still a business. If he doesn't understand that...I'd trust my gut & walk.
  2. Crap gets spun on both sides - I luv em both & they both have their drawbacks & advantages. Saying one is better - we all know it's hooey.
  3. Another thank you for your hard work, Alan.
  4. & yes...I did that a long time ago too.
  5. I misread your message - my apologies. No - I wouldn't use it for melts.
  6. Like these http://www.countrykitchensa.com/shop/food-items/sugars-coarse-crystals/46/624/1535/
  7. Persimmon Spice - have to give another nod to their Apple Jack & Peel & their Autumn Leaves - AL is very earthy. Pumpkin & Musk sounds intriguing. No, haven't tried that...but now may have to.
  8. Hmmm. Looks just like a bottle of high vanillin content fo I had from WSP few years back. Hot water bath did the trick, though. Not sure what to say about what you have there.
  9. Welcome to the forum MicheleC. All those waxes are great on their own - you picked some good ones. Candybee was abolutely right. All I can add is pull up a chair & prop your eyeballs open (just kidding)-there's a wealth of very useful info in the archives. All the very best to you & I hope you have fun with this craft!
  10. I don't know if you've ever smelled Elton John's Fireside BBW scent (I think ICS still carries it)...Bonfire Bliss smells awfully close imo. Very relaxing scent.
  11. Justa, you're pooping me out just reading what's on your to-do list. BTW...cedar trees in your neck of the woods must smell amazing. That was great. Have a good one!
  12. Gotcha. You're right about smelling things differently. I hear you. Funny about McCalls.......McCall's Mulberry is my favorite commercial candle scent. Their Country Store is superb. There are some almost dead on dupes out there (under different names). Now that I've sidetracked. Back to Rustic Escentuals scents.
  13. Have to agree on the Country Gift Shop. One of my personal favorites. Alot of ginger root. KY's Red Apple...another unique scent. Not your typical apple.
  14. They're almost identical. I'd go with the Hillbilly Homebrew.
  15. I'll save ya a few cents & tell ya Hillbilly Homebrew & Mulled Cider are extremely similar.
  16. Alot of it is crap...but some is actually quite good. Some of the places have small amounts from Candlewic actually. http://shop.hobbylobby.com/products/2-pound-soy-wax-for-container-candles-544692/ If you're in a pinch & don't need alot.
