  1. Lookin for a few awesome scents to order from Keystone. I use KY125 . . . any suggestions? I haven't heard much about Keystone . . . I've looked on other message boards as well. Does anyone order from them? If so, what are your favorites? Which ones should I avoid? I'd like to order a few samples . . . hoping to get some good advice. Thanks.
  2. Fragranco Oil Heaven has a good one too!
  3. Orange Chiffon Cake by Snowtop . . . another winner!
  4. Snowtop is another fantabulous one too!
  5. I've been making my tarts with KY pillar/votive and my containers with KY125 (adding 3-4% BW). In my humble opinion, I think the overall appearance of the tarts are much better with the pillar/votive wax. They just look more professional to me. A friend suggested that I should mix the pillar/votive with the KY125 for tarts, I haven't tried that yet. I just figure that for now, I'll stick to the pillar/votive, I'm happy with it. You know the old saying . . . if it's not broken, don't fix it.
  6. Using a cotton ball, I put the oil directly on my lightbulbs. When I turn on a lamp, the frangrance fills the room.
  7. I've never used that scent from NG. But I've used Spiced Orange from Cajun. It is strong and smells fantastic. To me it smells like orange & clove.
  8. You guys are great! Thanks so much for your help.
  9. I just received my order from The Candle Source. (Their sale ends tomorrow.) The Vanilla Crunch and Spiced Apples & Pears smell fantastic OOB. I'll be pouring them this weekend. I want to order a few more scents tomorrow, before the sale ends. Has anyone ordered from this company before? Any scent suggestions? I use KY125. Thanks.
  10. I agree, Snowtop's is fantastic.
  11. Fragrance Oil Heaven has an great pumpkin pie. I made a few tarts and gave them out, everyone has called me to say how good they are.
  12. Has anyone ordered any scents from ICS? I'm going to place an order and I'm looking for scents that are strong and awesome in soy. I use soy125. Any suggestions? Thanks.
  13. Thanks all . . . I appreciate your help.
  14. Cranberry Orange Spice from Snowtop is great. All Angie's fo's are fantastic.
  15. Thanks for your help. I did try "grandscentral", you have to remember to put the "s" in there . . . no reviews on Christmas scents. I also tried "thescentreview", again, you have to type "the" in there or else you get the scent review for Nature's Garden. Hoping someone reading this has a few first-hand, personal favorites. Thanks again.
  16. I want to mix some Blueberry fo and some Velvety Vanilla fo together. Hoping to get a nice bakery scent. What is the general rule of thumb on this? Somewhere I think I read it's usually 50/50. Any suggestions? I also have Pineapple, Orange, Lemon - wow, just think of the possibilities! All opinions and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  17. Has anyone ever ordered fo's from Longwyck before? I'm looking for scents that are awsome in soy - especially fall/holiday ones. "Snow Storm" sounds interesting - any reviews on that one? I appreciate all suggestions and opinions. What are your Longwyck favorites? Thanks.
  18. I bought some flower pot votive containers at Walmart last night. I'll be using my soy125 in them. However, I don't know what wick size to use. Has anyone used these containers before? If so, what size wick would you suggest testing? Thanks.
  19. Thank you so much for getting back to me. I took your advice and clicked on a link in the green column to the left. You are right, it said to heat to 180, then add color and fo, then pour at 155. Thanks again. Can you suggest a wick size for votives? I am going to try a 104. What do you think?
  20. I just got my sample of Ecosoya's Pillar/Votive wax. However, it did not come with any instructions. When I went on the suppliers website, it said to heat to 180, add color and fo, then wait until the cool/slushy stage to stir and pour. Can anyone tell me if they are the right directions for this wax? I've read a number of different things, but I'm hoping someone who uses it and has had good results will be able to help me. Thanks.
