  1. They also have a Raspberry cream cupcake that's nice. And what about red velvet, coconut? And I have to second the lime... it's too die for!
  2. What fragrances are you interested in? I will be placing and order with them for some other things fairly soon and would be willing to send them on to you.
  3. There's no notation, does anyone know if they have phthalates or not? Sorry to hijack, but they sound great!
  4. I'm so glad you said that, I was looking for a "body frosting" for my line. I used the ratios for Kimberly's Whipped Shea and used my own blend of butters and oils (soy, olive and mango butter, jojoba, rosehip and calendula oils) Editing to say wow! my 100th post!
  5. Thanks everyone. I'm excited by how super simple it was to do and how little it takes to use it effectively!
  6. I just wanted to throw my 2cents in on that and say I got a sample of the bunny burps and it's more grassy than sweet and easter-baskety. Just something to be aware of when you're ordering.
  7. The postal service has a great estimator on their website. I plugged in a random zip for PR and my zip here in NY and a large flat rate would be $14.50. Just don't forget you'll need a customs form. :smiley2:
  8. Thanks. It is really tough when it smells good, but the consistency is like a nice smooth buttercream frosting which made it worse!
  9. I just tried my hand at this for the first time. I have just one problem.. I scented it toasted marshmallow and then had to keep reminding myself not to lick my fingers!
  10. Silly as the name is, my hubby likes the lemony scent of Chubba Dubba Weight Loss FO from NG. I've only used it in aroma beads and room sprays, but it's really uplifting without being cloyingly sweet like most lemon scents.
  11. I'm just getting into making things so I haven't made my own yet, but the migrastick that they sell is peppermint and lavender. Hope that helps! (I use it and it works great, even found that it's good on my sinus headaches too.)
  12. I know this is a really old thread, but I have a question and didn't think it needed a new thread. When whipping with a stand mixer, do you use the wire whip or the flat beater? I want to purchase a bowl and beater/whip just for B&B but want to make sure I have the right one. Thanks!
  13. 1. Get my new business license for NY 2. Get my website finished and up 3. Develop more B&B products for my line.
  14. Sorry to bump this up, but I made the same recipe Sharon mentioned, but was wondering if you can actually sell that to other people? And if you did, would you need to add a preservative? By the way, I really like your formulation Sharon, thanks!
  15. Thanks so much for the update! Guess I'll look into a cream soap.
  16. Bumping up because I was curious if you ever let it sit and see what happened Luminous. (Curiosity killed the cat! :smiley2:)
  17. I too love the cs at Peak. My very first order they sent an empty jar of mica (which I had ordered) and a set of wick cutters (which I hadn't ordered). I emailed to let them know and ask about returning the cutters. Next thing I knew I had a shipping confirmation for a new jar of mica and an email telling me to keep the trimmers for my trouble.
  18. I think they look really nice! Quick question though, where did you find the cookie jars? I'm looking for something similar for my bath scrub cubes.
  19. My favorite for a fairly straight apple is Apple Orchard from NG. It's supposed to have some leaf scent to it, but I can never smell it.
  20. Along the same lines have you all noticed that oils with a high vanilla content or a mint scent take longer? I tried snow angels from NG and no matter what I can't make it soak in. I've added beads twice and it's been 3 weeks. Do you give up if it doesn't take?
  21. Dontcha just love them? I really like most of the scents I've gotten from them... my fav right now is lemon meringue pie.
  22. I love the look, but I'm a little confused... are the scent descriptions allowed to be copied from the supplier's page? (I'm still learning)
  23. Try this http://www.candlesupply.com/news0208.pdf link instead. The "recipe" is under Tip of the Month.
