  1. Has anyone tried any of AHs Sugar Cookies? I'm also interested in their Peach Pie Filling KY.
  2. Yes, they have wonderful oils and prices. Why can't CW be in Oklahoma! Lol
  3. Can anyone recommend and good, rich cookie? I love CW's SVS, but I don't like the shipping.
  4. Looks like I dodged a bullet. I don't want a cookie with a citrus note. Looks like I'll be placing an order with CW. Thanks for your review, Karen.
  5. Has anyone tried this? Is it comparable to Candlewic's? I'm also looking for reviews on their Frosted Sugar Cookie and Peach Cobbler. Thanks!
  6. Lol! That is not where I thought your post was going. Good huh? When I read down through the list, my first thought was man that sounds strong and cloying. Lol.
  7. Thank you guys!! I know! That would be awesome. The scent smells exactly like The Body Shop's Satsuma. It's like a fresh mandarin orange. The soap is curing on a shelf in my bedroom. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a mouth watering smell. I'm loving it so far.
  8. It should wash off your bath. I have not had any problems with black oxide or even activated charcoal coming off the side of the tub. The soap will stain washcloths even when fully cured if you put too much oxide in the soap. That being said, even when I use a little of some oxides, they still stain my washcloths. I recommend not using a white or light washcloth when using darker oxides in your soap. :-) Your soap looks great!
  9. You may want to look at Eucalyptus Citriodora from Camden Grey, too. I plan on soaping it in April or May. Here is their description: Commonly known as lemon scented eucalyptus. The oil has a strong fresh citronella-like odor with a sweet balsamic undertone. Very effective insect repellent due to a higher citronellal content than citronella. Appears to have bacteriostatic activity towards Staphylococcus aureus due to the synergy between citronellol and citronellal present in this oil. It is considered analgesic, calming, sedative and anti-hypertensive. ommonly known as lemon scented eucalyptus. The oil has a strong fresh citronella-like odor with a sweet balsamic undertone. 10. This is Satsuma from AH. This smells so good. I sure hope it does not fade.
  11. Wowzers! That thing is huge! What a wonderful idea. I'm very happy for you. Craigslist here I come.
  12. Yay! You're welcome. I'm glad it worked. But, your soap looks wonderful upside down or right side up. Lol.
  13. I tried it in soy/paraffin blend and the results were great. It's a strong oil.
  14. I'm guessing you would need synthetic scent components. I don't think they would be easily obtained. If you are wanting something natural, have you considered essential oils?
  15. Wow! I love that look. Super pretty! Thanks for posting. I always look forward to looking at your soap. Sorry to hear that you are sick. I hope you feel better soon. eta: I downloaded a photo editor app on my tablet. I found that if I use that app to crop my pics before I put them on here, then they are not upside down. Maybe it would work with yours, too. But, trust me, I'm no computer genius.
  16. Thank you all very much! And I totally recommend this scent. It is good, strong, clean and easy to work with.
  17. Add up what you have in the product including labels, packaging, etc, and then multiply that number by 3. That's how I figure it.
  18. I made this last night in my new tall mold. Thanks for looking.
  19. Bamboo & Sugarcane from AH is very spa-like and super strong.
  20. They have a lot of good oils. I always shop in the extreme and bold section.
