  2. I think I will try Peaks. Thanks for the tip. Thanks for putting up with a newbie and I hope you guys don't get sick to death of my questions.

  4. Just wondering if you had to pick a Favorite FO company who would it be and why?
  5. Thank you guys for all of your replies. I need all the help I can get. I guess I will give violet lime a chance. Oh and I agree with the Juniper Breeze FO. It rocks!!
  6. First, OOB I did not prefer the violet lime. Does it smell different in the candle? Second, how long did you cure apples and maple bourbon? Third, any suggestions on really, really strong CS FO that you have to have? Thanks, I appreciate your time! P.S. I use 4630...
  7. Thank you guys for your help and Auntie S, nice suggestion. I had not thought to do that.
  8. Very Smart!!!!!!!!! And jcristan, thanks for sharing.
  9. Thanks! Glad I did not try it. I was just trying to save time.
  10. Can you wick your jars before heating them in the oven. The lowest setting on my oven is 175 and I didn't know if this would mess the wick up. I'm sorry. I'm new. Thanks!!
  11. I too love this scent. I used it in 4630 and it had a great cold throw with little cure time. Everyone who has smelled this loved it. It is very clean. GREAT, GREAT!
  12. Thanks for taking the time to answer me. So far I am only making candles and giving them away, but before I sold any I wanted to find out the proper procedure. I don't want to do anything wrong. I don't know how to go about finding out what my state requires, any suggestions?
  13. I am new to candle making and so far I love it. The business side of candle making scares me to death. Can anyone tell me how much you have to sell in order for a hobby to become a small business for tax purposes? Also, just wondering how you guys knew your candle making business would succeed? Sorry for the dumb questions. I'm just starting and I'm really interested in hearing the stories of those that have gone before me. Thanks!
