Well, I will give it a try. I have a bottle of tea tree oil and haven't really known what to do with it. So this will be a great way to use it, especially if it keeps the bugs away. You said you were going to do lotion bars. How do you do those?

Those look very nice. The wax is cool looking, what kind is it? I like the labels as well. I think they look great against the contrasting colors.

Thanks Kristin. I have some lotion base from BCN that I will try it with. I have a severe allergic reation to mosquito bites and sadly, my kids inherited it as well. When we get bit, it swells horribly. We have to carry an epi pen just in case and luckily have never had to use it. But with the girls having asthma, I take precautions and hate it when I have to tell them to come in because the bugs are coming out and I hate using OFF on them everyday.

Now, I have some tea tree oil. What amount would I put in a lotion base?? Is it like a regular FO or different?

Hi Jen, I would sue and I have. It was not related to candles, but I did sue over work that was done. I also won the cases. Just keep notes of everything and copies of everything. Make sure that anything you say/post is true because slander is only an accusation if what you are saying is false. If her reputation is harmed by the truth, she has no recourse. I would file against her in court. In Utah, if the business was completed in my state (making the candles) I can sue in my state and this person will have to come here. Send her invoices that require signatures. 1st notice, second notice then final notice. If she fails to respond, I would sue granny!! Call your local courthouse and see what they require before you proceed and go from there. I called the one in my city when I had to sue some people. Took time and patience to follow all the steps, but in the end I won every case. (had nothing to do with candles at the time) Lastly, don't be nice and back off if she starts crying. Stay stuff. Ok, I am going to attempt this M&P thing tonight. I am just using clear and white with color and fragrance. How much FO do I add? My soap did not come with instructions!! :embarasse OH OH...and my FO has vanilla in it. Will it turn brown???

Hi All, I have a question for some of you more experienced B&B peoples. I purchased some glycerin and it is a dark yellowish color. Very off color for what I have gotten before and I was wondering if this is normal. I purchased it off here and PM'd the person, but have not received a response back. Is this normal for this product? Thanks!!
