    hehe actually I think they are upside down... I hadn't flattened them or wicked yet so think they got set down on the wrong side hehe.

    I remember the first shipment I received....I did have company over hehe but I told them they were more than welcome to come sit in the kitchen area(we have a breakfast nook in the kitchen) and chat while I played hehe

    Thank you for the quick reply Alan And yes I think it might have been the plastic bottle making the difference as now that it's in the wax they are smelling the same

    Not only is it a "bad batch" of candles but it's a safety issue with the wicks so off center. That is the main shock I had in that they were selling them that way.

    I haven't been making candles in a while but decided to get back into the swing of things... two questions though. 1) I had a sample of Peak's Cucumber Melon and I liked it so I ordered a larger size but it doesn't smell the same. Did they change it? and 2) When did they stop putting the flip tops on the larger size FO bottles? I really miss them

    Haven't been here in a long time...since right after the move to new site, so not sure if anyone even remembers me heh... But here is a set of chunks I made last night. I still need to level and wick them but was anxious to get a pic hehe

    I agree... I ordered some stuff from Peaks. Finally came in today, the only problem is it didn't show up until after 7pm. I called around 6:30 to find out how late they deliver and the woman told me they have until 9pm(10pm in some areas) to make the deliveries...Unfortunately I work very early in the mornings and am in bed by then...Just frustrating. Heh sorry if I'm rambling.

    how long before it changes colors? If it's over a long period it could be one side is sitting in the light? I've noticed my purples do that if I leave them in the light(not just direct sunlight either).

    hehe Gonna have to keep coming back and looking at these every time I get discouraged with the way a candle comes out
