  1. I made these for a craft show that I was going to do with my mom, however, ole dingbat me, got to my parents house (a 6 hours drive) and realized I forgot to pack them. LOL (funny now, not funny when it happened, it was all my DH's fault!!) The Loong bar is "Ladies Night Out" one of my concoctions The the shorter bar is "Rocky Mountain Man" another of my mixes The bar in the clamshell is Plumeria It has been several years since I worked with MP Soaps, so not very creative, but I had fun and so did DH, but he wouldn't admit to it. Thanks for looking.

  10. That is a good idea, cbv1, thanks for the tip!! Hugs, Branda
  11. Probably a stupid question, but.....do you use your roaster for CP or HP soap? I am wondering because I only do oven HP soap (i hate to wait LOL) and I want to try this, do you think it will work? Hugs, Branda
  12. I think they will be just fine. I do HP and I have done that before, only noticing after the soap had been cooking for a bit and I just threw in the oil and blended the heck out of it! It came out just fine, so I am sure that yours will be just lovely. Hugs, Branda
  13. I get my lye from a local pool chemical company. Plumbers, grocers, pool companies. Just take out your phonebook and call around to see if someone would be willing to order it for you, you may get a lot of "no's", but on the other hand, you may get a yes. Hugs, Branda
  14. Hon, just shred it up and rebatch it. From the looks of it, I can tell that it is not lye. I think CareBear is right on this one. Don't worry about it, it is definitely not trash. Hugs, Branda
  15. I Totally agree with you! Even if you think they are doing it to "penny pinch", if you are really enviromentally friendly, then you would be glad that there are companies out there that are recycling. Hey, if they can save a buck in the shipping department and keep there prices low, I would be happy. You are obviously purchasing from them for some reason, maybe better pricing on supplies?..... I shred my newspapers and use them as packing material. We live on a military base and they don't have paper recycling, only plastic and boxes. I would never dig my box out of the dumpster. I will only ship and pack something that I wouldn't mind getting myself. These are great stories, though, and I would let them know that you are glad they are recycling, however, if they would be kind enough to turn the box inside out so everyone in the neighborhood won't be....wondering. JMHO Hugs, Branda
