  2. What a lovely display, very professional and fun too!! Everything looks so yummy!!
  3. You just need to do a second pour. It is called a sink hole, it happens as the wax cools, you didn't do anything wrong. Just make sure that you always leave a little colored and scented wax left over after your first pour to use for the second pour. No biggie.
  4. beautiful!! I love your candles!! they are so unique, hopefully one day I will try my hand at something like that....maybe. Gorgeous!

  10. Lavender has always been a good seller for me. Victorian Rose is also good. A good plain vanilla is great as well. Good Luck with your downsizing, it is always so hard. ; )

  12. I go this recipe on the From Nature with Love site Ingredients: Makes 2 lbs. 6 oz distilled water 6 oz aloe vera gel 2 oz castor oil 4 oz cocoa butter 4 oz coconut oil 12 oz olive oil 5 oz palm oil 5 oz palm kernal flakes 4.4 oz lye 2.5 Tablespoons bentonite clay or other drawing clays 1 oz essential oil/blend These EO's are known for healing and preventing acne so choose one or a combination of them. Palmrosa Patchouli Rosewood Lemongrass Lavender This sounds like a good recipe. I think I am going to give it a try as well. I bet you could cut out all of the essential oils if the person you are making it for does not have a problem with acne. I hope this helps. Branda
  13. 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar 3/4 cups carrier oil (i use olive oil/sweet almond oil combo) or enough to get the consistency you like fragrance color T-50 preservative at .05% of your recipe so weigh your ingredients I hope this helps. Branda
  14. I don't really have a recipe, but I made something like this once just playing around with a shower gel base and shea butter, I whipped the shea butter with a little sweet almond oil and before it got too stiff I slowly added the shower gel and kept whipping until I got it the consistency I wanted. You can add fragrance, color and exfoliants to it and they suspend very nicely. I hope that this helps. Hugs, Branda
