  1. I've got some from IKEA and the Wilton molds from Michaels craft store. I haven't bought the Walmart ones yet.
  2. Is FBB moisturizing? If not, can you make it moisturizing? I have dry skin and M&P usually does nothing to help me. Sorry for the dumb questions. S
  3. My problem is I just can't make the same batch of soap twice - so boring. Every batch is like a work of art for me. The color, scent, size - everything has to be new/different. What the heck do I tell customers? "Every soap is limited edition"? I think I need therapy!!
  4. That is too funny - I've done the same thing!! I got mine about 3 weeks ago and have no idea what I was thinking about when I ordered it. I also got silk powder and have yet to figure out when to add it to my soap batch :embarasse
  5. Very pretty - they make me feel thirsty
  6. That looks lovely. I really want to try that. Still haven't figured out how to search the archives yet to find the recipe. :embarasse
  7. I just heard today that Blue Sugar smells like Pink Sugar. I've been trying to figure out how to CP Pink Sugar and make it turn out pink & white as opposed to brown and brown. Definately gonna get me some Blue Sugar and experiment a bit.
  8. Pic-Nic area. LOVE IT!!! Can't wait for the opportunity to try that one out
  9. Nice Job!! They look really creamy. What flavor are they? If it's regular Cold Process, I'd cure for approx. 6 weeks. S
  10. I just ordered last night TWO 4 oz sampler sets. Hyacinth chula orchid, becky's ultimate vanilla, possibilities, raspberry patchouli, rich vanilla wafer, shampure, jlo glow and lavendar. I didn't request any free sample though - hopefully she'll still include some.
  11. Once you've typed all your text in the box, highlight the entire thing and then right mouse click. This will open up your option box, click font and you'll be able to change the font size. I think the default is set at 11 (on mine anyway). Good Luck Sharon
  12. I order from them but haven't tried that gel. I've tried a few of their bases and LOVE them all. One bit of advice though - I've noticed that they tend to change their ingredients on you without notice so you have to be careful if you're trying to be consistent with your product line. Good Luck.
  13. I know kangaroo blue does custom soap stamps and the prices are pretty reasonable. Good luck!
  14. GORGEOUS soaps!!! Congratulations on your order. Great Job:yay:
  15. I got my KA for Christmas and have used it just for baking and LOVE IT. I haven't used it for my B&B stuff yet (DH would kill me). I'm planning on getting an extra bowl, whisks & mixer just for my B&B stuff.
  16. I would have to say in order of preference/importance to me: 1. CP Soap 2. Sugar Scrub 3. Hand/Body Lotion 4. Some type of natural shampoo (haven't ventured there yet myself but plan to one day soon). sharon
  17. Congratulations - you go out there and knock 'em dead!
  18. I have the same question also. I have NO clue how to begin.
  19. CONGRATULATIONS - These are the kinds of stories that drive me to keep going...just started doing this seriously a few months ago and to say things are slow is an understatment but I've given myself a full year to get things going. Obviously I may need to extend that to 18 months. Very happy for you...on that note, I think I'll go check on my 2 soap batches in the oven
  20. Good luck and let us know how you fare. I'm wanting to attempt liquid soap also but just not quite ready yet. I'm in the middle of a CP fest right now and can't stop. Terrible Terrible addiction I tell you....
  21. OMG, what are you complaining about? I WISH my soaps could look 1/8th as good as yours. They are LOVELY! Thanks for posting - it's so inspirational.
  22. WOW - that looks fascinating!! I'll have to go back and watch it again. Gonna slow down the slide show so I follow all the words. I would really like to make my own shower gel. I researched pre-made gel bases but didn't care for the ingredients so finally gave up. Hmmmm....now you've given me something to think about. Could you use your creation as a shampoo also? Thanks so very much S
  23. Oh, OK. Thanks for the enlightenment. I guess I'll be sticking with my usual since I don't make liquid soap. S
  24. You TOTALLY inspire me. Gonna find that Mr. Doright and get one of them molds. Been eyeing the Kelsei mold for ages but didn't purchase one yet. Thanks so much.
