I also cannot trust my sense of smell anymore. People walk in my house & shop and say it smells so good but I walk in and really don't smell anything. I have to rely on my sister to be my "smeller" but she also says she can't smell a scent in my house because they all go together. She will walk outside to smell it! My husband is no help cause he smells my "stuff" all the time. My best time to test the smell, so to speak, is when it is in the pour pot and really hot or I also can smell a new one OOB and keep smelling it. Guess it gets on the tip of my nose. My bathroom in the very back of house is the best place for me to sorta be able to smell something. So usually I figure if I can smell it then it must be pretty strong! But I am in my shop all the time cause that is where my computer is and when I am not making candles I usually have piles of paperwork that needs to be done. Also like NewOrleansLady, I could take a candle to Mothers and smell it the minute I walked in her house!

I also like that mottled look of the container candles and have thought about trying some of the wax.

I have only tried 2 Jasmines - LS and AH and I like AH the best and decided to look no further. As far as Gardenia I have always used WSP White Gardenia but had to order from AH so I decided to try theirs. It came yesterday but haven't opened box!!

I would also like some really great, fantastic, can't live without scent suggestions. I also need to order This Old House but keep putting off cause that is the only oil I order from them. This Old House is really great, very good cold & hot throw in my paraffin.

I would tell them no myself, they only get refund if returned unburned or used and they pay shipping. You have to be careful of people, some think they can complain and get refund while keeping product, just want a freebie in my opinion:cheesy2:

I use paraffin wax and have been very satisfied with the oils I have got from Starrville.

I have the Starrville and love it. Someone said it was a very good dupe though I have never smelled the "original"!

If my memory serves me correct I used less than an oz pp on the Hot Orange Danish. It is/or was the last I got very strong and a thick oil. Probably used about 3/4oz. Haven't bought any in over a year.

I use the Birthday Cake (Snc) from AH and it is really strong in my paraffin.

I bought the Kula Bay and Capri Olivo in past and didn't like either! They just wern't my type of scents!!

I ordered some from WSP and poured it last night and it does have a familiar smell to it. I have the sensual amber scent from Mill Creek, just went and smelled it, and it does smell very similiar, got to many "smells" going on right now to be sure!

Sabrina you can set up your FB business page so it post to Twitter what you post to FB. They say the more you post the better your chances are. I see some on Twitter that seems like they post about their business every hour! It was to aggravating to have to post on both so that is why I set mine up from FB. I don't post as often as I should, it is rather time consuming if you post a lot. I have a personal page also and what you post on your business page also post on personal page. Most of my posting is done for business purposes. And yeah, lots of people post everything little thing they do, I don't want the world to know that much about me!!

I have always used an Epson inkjet printer and never found any reason to go with a laser!

I just ordered the Bali Orchid from Starrville. It will be in either Tue or Wed. No idea how it will smell, just liked the name!!

Very pretty, tumblers and labels! You can get the silver like lids that fit those tumblers though not sure which place is best bet. The tumblers I have, can't really remembered where I got them it has been so long, I used the lids from Yes. They look pretty but makes them more expensive. Lone Star has what looks like the same lid but they don't say they will fit the tumbler, I called & asked them, not really to helpful. Fillmore also has the silver lids and they fit, the ones they say will fit the 10oz apoth jar. I really believe 1 of the 2 sizes from Lonestar would. You might could order 1 of each to see.

What I have found with the 1274 is that to much stearic takes away the mottle. I use just 1 TBS per lb, 1 oz oil, and heat to 190 or so and the mottle is still good.

I like the bourbon vanilla from WSP but don't know about soy though, I use paraffin.

I use my fingers. They don't show on mine after I get them on the jar and smoothed out. I just pick them up at 1 corner and then hold them at both corners with fingers to put them on.
