  1. I thought you should never melt wax over direct heat??? You are lucky you were in the same room and the whole house didn't burn down.
  2. Lots of suppliers we now buy from started out on ebay. They doesn't mean they are all good. I have heard candlechem has some good ones
  3. I use paraffin or para/soy blend for tarts. The wax I love best for tarts is CBL 141
  4. If you need that much, don't you already have a supplier you use?
  5. I've ordered a lot from them with excellent customer survice. Their dried apples and cinnamon sticks is fantastic as well as creme de la creme, and many more. I bought a bottle of almond paste liquid dye and it is orange. The answered my email immediately and sent out another the next day.

  7. Never purchased anything from the scented bean, but that cinnamon buns sounds fantastic!
  8. You guys should try CD or LX wicks, they are perfect for soy or soy/para blends.
  9. You can use any wax, pillar, votive, soy/para blend
  10. Just Scent NG Tennessee Candle Supply
  11. French Vanilla form NG, or Becky's Ultimate Vanilla or vanilla buttercream crunch
  12. I would start with a soy/paraffin blend first, JMO
  13. Most of Yankme candles have the wicks off center also.
  14. I don't think relief holes are nesessary for tapers.
  15. LOL, you do have a great sense of humor. I like the top candle, poor baby that got dropped, LOL
  16. Hey Eugenia, get the boxing gloves on, LOL. Just messing with you.
  17. Much ado about not much. If you have a 9 ounce hex jar, just label it 9 ounces. This stuff doesn't even come close to false advertising.
  18. Agree topofmurryhill. Only reason I ever heard of for shaking an FO bottle is if ice crystals somehow got in there, OR FLAKES
  19. Now that is the way they should look, very, very nice. It's all in which wax you use, that is why some look grainy and yours look creamy.
