    THE best China Rain I have EVER smelled was from FNWL.... LOVE it! Any other China Rain that I have smelled smells like ...Grandma's Weekend Special.... no disrepect to all the grandma's out there. I'm talking old school plastic couch.....

    I got a sample from FNWL (From Nature With Love) and it smells EXACTLY like fresh cut grass....

    this is what happened to me too... I liked the indivuduals a lot better the other one looked like flesh due to the heat I guess (I had honey in the recipe...) Just had to share my experience these are the four out of the 2 lb batch... I need to make these again, they smelled yummy...

    I'm w/ Carebear... Disc tops are cheap, they look nice and are convenient to use... Foamers are nifty and exciting...... that's what I use for my childrens line as well. This is what we use in our capital bldg... less waste and less mess. I like the ellegance (sp?) of pumps but they can be messy... aluminum caps. Hmm... expensive right? Iwas looking at these, but not worth the hastle and price... www.sks-bottle.com is where I looked. I get my disc bottles from specialtybottle.com and foamers from Forsoapmakers.com

    thanks, see I usually get gelling so I guess I better stick w/ the regular CP method... I was just trying to cut time *l*... it seems you still have to wait w/ some of the methods stated above..

    I put the SAME sign up on the stove so my mother wouldn't turn the oven on while my soap is in there.... I would have been pissed!

    Ok, who's doing this? I was looking at the new post by Bonne.. beautiful soap by the way. I was just wondering how succesful everyone has been using this method. So do you make your lye solution pour that in your soap pot them add hard fats, mix until smooth then add your soft oils? After that wait until trace them throw (ok pour) into the mold? Is this guaranteed to gel? I still do my usual cover w/ plastic and blankets right? Maybe I should try a 1 lb batch to get a slight feel for it....

    Maryann.... I have a ton of those barnyard boxes... I found some green ribbon w/ BY animals on them.. very cute. I may do Monkey Fart gift sets so I can use them....

    oh my goodness.. I NEED my sleep the first official show I did I was like the walking dead!!! that was not pretty...this past saturday was better, I made sure I slept a few hours before the show... I am not productive if I'm tired....
