You really don't have to do anything to it. You can just cut it and use/sell it by the ounce. I've done that and also crumbled some in a CP batch. I've made liquid soap/shampoo with it too. My family loves it as a liquid soap. The color depends on the village that made it. Sometimes, it can be a pale honeyed brown. Other times, it can be very dark, almost black. The smell is a really fresh, clean soapy scent. You can leave it unscented and it's still really nice. I've had some before that really burned my skin. Now, I get mine only from Agbanga and I love it!
