    Someone here awhile ago suggested putting them on a cooling rack to pour & they don't sit in any spillage. Works great, most don't need to have wax wiped off of them(as long as I don't hurry!).

    This how they describe it: An awesome infusion of raspberries, blackberries, mulberries and huckleberries It's fruity with something else, smells nice! I'm gonna make some melts with it today, I'll let you know what it smells like in wax. The Rhubarb Apple is so strong!! Can't wait to try in a warmer!!

    I had my last show on Sat so those are done, working on special orders today, have tomorrow off, so hopefully I can play with some more of them tomorrow.The Northwoods one smells really nice OOB. We've gotten 12" of snow today, its still snowing:undecided so I ain't goin' nowhere til tomorrow night so what else do I have to do!! I do have to venture out to the PO but hopefully someone will come dig us out. I hope everyone who lives in a warm climate enjoys it:D

    Just got my order of their $5 oils. They are cold so hard to tell but I got the Rhubarb Apple one & it smells AWESOME! Gotta make some melts with this one tonight. Anyone else order any from the sale?? What ones did you get & any FB on them yet??

    I only use 3/4oz per LB for gel, sounds like too much to me.

    I would think it is the vanilla scent. Most vanillas I've ever seen are too heavy. In gels you don't use that much dye so that I wouldn't think would be it. How much fragrance did you put per lb? Maybe try cutting back on a second test batch?

    LOL I get some of mine from BC North but do a search for embeds & you'll find lots more. Someone on the board makes them but I can't remember who!!

    I've heard some say that you could dry them in an oven. try doing a search, I know it's been discussed before. HTH

    Since I too live in Maine I can answer ya!! The temp does not affect the wax but it does fragrances. When my orders arrive I let them sit for a day to get warmed up!! You will get some crystalizing in the fragrances but once they warm they are fine. Also, if you are shipping candles, do it on Monday so the candles aren't sitting in a cold warehouse over the weekend.

    Let me find a photo for you. Maybe your AcMoore doesn't carry them. The ones I like the best are in the candle aisle, I think in with the taper holders.
