I shrink wrap mine and then put them into the plastic containers my soap base came in from peaks.

Yep EO is really strong, I usually only use a few drops of it

I tried the soap one and I used a small silicone heart mold I think it was a wilton. Or you could use a cookie cutter, I just ordered some from cookiecutter.com I have seen the jars at the craft store.
