You could use a nice light citrus fo to enhance the snappy ginger. The ginger beer is very dark so I doubt you can color but you could try some td and see how that works? It is at least one year old, so not sure how the recent batch would compare.NG has a Fresh Ginger FO that is similar, though not spot on nor as strong.
