carol k
Does anybody know of an EO blend for sore muscles? I did use the one from WSP, but I didn't see it on their site. TIA.
deb426
I don't know much about Eo blends but if you can get your hands on some arnica, it really works.

Scented
Got any eucalyptus, peppermint and ginger? You could use all of those at 1:1:1. It's a recipe for over-exercised muscles. Thyme and lavender would be good oils too. Here's another combo Rosemary, lavender and cypress. Looks like the breakdown would be 1:2:3.I loved when I would get my feet worked on how the peppermint left tingles but there was no painful feeling. ladysj
I infuse my oils with Arnica, Lavender & St John's Wort. I received good reviews from a swap on my cream. I also added menthol crystals to it. Edited December 9, 2011 by ladysj

Debra Phelps
For my own aches, I look for anthing with 10% menthol. It will kill the pain, and then you can add other stuff to it. Stop Pain in the health food store is 10%. Good stuff.
