I emailed, called their #'s and screamed at them, got one kicked off ebay. People are so lazy and don't think twice about ripping you off. No response is rude, playing stupid with the lovely response of "a friend copied it and has been helping me build my site we didn't know it was copyrighted and never heard of you" (Then you check your webstats and they're all over it going back almost a year) Best thing you can do is watermark everything and out them here so they are rightfully stoned. This lady may respond, she may not, but if she keeps it up you can contact Ebay, Etsy and her web host and they will take it down and most likely suspend her account.
