number2of7
If you have customers that adore all of your apple fragrances, then I say carry on! I personally have a harder time moving them, so I carry one sweet/fruity apple (Apples & Oak), one spciy apple (Apple Jack & Peel), and one foody apple (Apple Crisp).I'd love to have a slew of them like you do, but unfortunately, mine just don't move as well
Candybee
I usually carry around 2-3 during this time of the year. Many shows I do are apple harvest or apple butter shows in Sep/Oct/Nov so you need some good apple scents.
NaturallyTru
gee...I better go shopping; I only have one apple! Trudi
Catlover
Me too. I have one super-delicious fresh apple, an apple jack & peel type, and that's it. I did get a sample for a new one from CS, "Apple Harvest" that smells really good--I may replace the apple jack & peel one with this one. But still, I'll only have two apple scents. I suppose it depends on where you live too. Apple festivals, pumpkin festivals, turnip festivals, whatever!
trittgrl
Do any of the apple fragrances you listed smell identical (or at least very similar) to the Glade Apple Cinnamon?I fell in love with the scent and I am not usually a food fragrance fan. I'm on a desperate search and haven't found the equivalent yet. Any info would be appreciated!P.S. If writing major brand names in the forum are a no no, would you let me know so I can make sure I don't do it in the future?
Candlebuddy
I love apple scents, so it's hard for me to cut down on the number I carry. But I always make sure I have ... Homemade Apple Pie, Macintosh, Mulled Cider, and Caramel Apple.

Camay
I have never sniffed Glade apple cinnamon...Apple orchards and festivals are big around here. I don't sell right now, but in a couple years I might consider getting into it. Of course, whatever is selling now has no bearing on what might be going on in two years. I figure apple is a "staple" scent though.OK, I have to ask, who has a turnip festival, and who sells turnip FO!
Catlover
Ha! Just an example of the many food celebration festivals around the country! I'll bet there's one somewhere. I don't think I'd want to experience a turnip FO!!

mzpickles
What? No apple butter!! For shame! IIrc Candlebuddy mixes apple with pumpkin for a Pumpkin Apple butter! I've been meaning to try her formula but haven't gotten 'round toit yet!
Candlebuddy
Oh yeah, I love that scent combo. I got that one from carolk ... 50/50 Pumpkin Pie Filling (ICS) + Apple Cinnamon (Bert's) ... it's a keeper.

If not, narrow it down to keep yourself sane with all of those apply scents! lol
Noodle
WOW! That is a whole lotta apple.I have one apple scent that I sell only seasonally.
mzpickles
Do any of the apple fragrances you listed smell identical (or at least very similar) to the Glade Apple Cinnamon?I'm not sure what the Glade Apple Cinnamon smells like. I like a really really really cinnamony Apple Cinnamon, but haven't been able to find one from a supplier that's spicey enough. So I blended Bert's Apple Cinnamon Cider (still a fav!) 50/50 with her Cinnamon Red Hots, you can still smell the apple but the CRHs kicks it up a notch or two! Love me some spicey apple scents! sycamoreboutique
That is a LOT of apple scents, do they all sell ?I too am in apple country (northern ILL) but I keep it to 3 or 4 as they only appeal at certain times of the year. Macintosh, Apple Pie, Apples and Oak and Apple-Cinnamon ( I mix my own - Macintosh and Cinnamon stick). Seems to fill the bill.
tlc26
I keep a few. I never thought of it until this post. 8 to be exact year round. One is b&b only and another is new and not doing well. Edited February 2, 2011 by tlc26
Candybee
I also find apple to be seasonal. I sell it mostly in the fall and holiday season. But what I have leftover from last year I bring out in the summer and then it will sell at discount.. but only.
