CandleMama6
Hi All,I have a question for some of you more experienced B&B peoples. I purchased some glycerin and it is a dark yellowish color. Very off color for what I have gotten before and I was wondering if this is normal. I purchased it off here and PM'd the person, but have not received a response back.Is this normal for this product? Thanks!!

Marisa
Mine has always been clear..Does it smell like strong Olive Oil? Thats the only way I know how to describ oils that go "off". Yeah It may have been accidently mixed up with another oil. Edited March 19, 2010 by Marisa
Sylvie
I use glycerin for preserving flowers, and some that I've had for a long time is still clear. So, it seems like something may have been mixed with it. Hopefully, the seller will resolve the issue for you.
Scented
If it smells, it could likely be an old oil.Wondering if you got the wrong oil also. Edited April 27, 2010 by Scented

singleyellowrose
I've never had "colored" glycerin. It has always been clear. I would check to see if it IS actually glycerin or if it got mixed up somehow. If you don't get an answer, IMHO I wouldn't use it.

green-tangerine
Mines always clear. I agree maybe its castor oil or could be a body wash base of some sort.
