candlelady
These are scented in NG's Curve FO. I really like the scent and so does DH.Now, I'm using a PVC tubing and let cure overnight. Use heat gun to get it to slide out. Sit them out for 2 days and they are still sticky! Is that normal?I'm going to try putting the loofah in a soap mold next.Sorry pic is a little dark, but they are colored in Red Oxide and are a dark orangy/red...kinda pretty. candlelady
Those look really Cool how are you cutting these? is it hard?Barbara ALFor the first batch I soaked the loofah in water for about 20 mins. (then made sure I got most of the water out), hoping it would soften it up a bit. It did some. DH sliced them and he said it wasn't bad. This particular batch I didn't soak and DH said it was harder to slice.Used a butcher knife and slicing a tad bit back and forth while pushing down.
