soshiegirl
Hey all,Customer request here. She's wanting a "corn" scented candle. Was wondering if anyone knows who might carry a "corn" fragrance oil? I'll even look at a "corn chips" type of scent. She's not wanting candy corn or caramel corn (already asked).Have searched and searched but not found anything. Perhaps it doesn't exist Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much,Miss
Sara
It might still be worth trying candy corn FO. Sometimes it is simply the name that throws a person off, too. People smell sometimes what they hear. Maybe you can find one that is less sweet.

myst25872002
How bout cornmint EO. Maybe it's just me but I'm hooked on the stuff and think it smells amazing.Donna
ubure
I think that in Backwood's Pumpkin Cornbread you really can smell the cornbread, but it's not a corn-alone scent, of course. Wouldn't that be a very weak fo anyway? Corn doesn't have such a strong smell, does it?
Sharon in KY
I think Pumpkin Cornbread from The Candlemakers Store has a cornie smell. I can send you a sniffie. Maybe someone else could send BW's. I didn't like it but everyone else does. PM me if you want a sniffie...

soshiegirl
Thanks so much everyone for your kind offers and advice. I really appreciate it. She declined Pumpkin Cornbread. Perhaps, I'll try one of the cornbread scents from the Candle Makers Store or give that popcorn scent a try.

CareBear
corn and corn oil smell very different to me.corn smells sweet and earthy and grassy = (IMO) sweet corn (as in fresh corn on the cob).corn oil smells like stale tortillas (or more likely stale tortillas smell like corn oil)
