Scented
a lilac that isn't hard to soap? I know I've seen it here, could swear someone posted it here and I can't find it. Sigh.
MarieJeanette
True Lilac from Scent Works is awsome to soap with. I get no A, no D, and the scent is true and strong. HTH! MarieJeanette
Luci
I've only been doing cp for a few months, but I have used the Lilac from Backwoods. The scent is very strong and has held strong for about 3 mos. There is no discoloration at all, but the next time I will soap a little cooler and use a whisk with it. I'll definitely be using this again. I gave most of my cured log away as samples and testers with rave reviews.
Scented
Thanks MJ and Luci! Will look into those places.
CareBear
On the SRB I see that Nature's Garden, Brambleberry, Peak, & Scent Works (True Lilac & White Lilac) all have lilacs that are well behaved.
Meridith
OT's lilac soaps great. It doesn't fade like so many of them do and is body safe which quite a few aren't.
heirloomoriginals
Backwoods is great. Steph
Blest2BAmerican
Peak's Lilac seized on me when I made soap with it.
Scented
That's why I asked. I know what's on the SRB, but read that there were problems with those listed so asked. Thanks for the answers. Now to spend
adillenal
I use a Lilac from Goat Milk Therapy. VERY strong so you only need .5 oz PPO. I only make goat milk soap so all of my soap is tan to brown so I do not know if it discolors. Every fragrance I have used from goatmilktherapy has been good. SHe makes goat milk soap so she has tried it all. Have no idea how it works using water.
DeJae
We should either make a new list or try to get everyone to update that list and give a bit more info on it.

CareBear
Oooh, I actually like The Scent Review Board better - more folks contribute to it and there is more detail. I never even look at that one any more.
