Fudge Brownie Cupcakes

Those do look good. I'm curious about the burn; are they made of a hard wax so that they will leave a shell? Or did you just have them on that flat plate for demonstration, and they would usually be burned in a container with sides?

They are made of 4786 para and topped with a small layer of ecosoya. So they would need to be burned in a container of some sort :-)

@ scented. I agree. They turned out really light. I added 2 brown dye chips to 2 LBS para wax and figured it would be darker. Next time I will use black chips.

Well you don't want licorice lol! I always have to add what I think is too many chips to get the color I want. They could be close to butterscotch chocolate brownies ;)

If you reverse the colors you've got peanutbutter cups;)

Mari

That's what I first thought. They really are adorable and look very edible. Donita

Yea, they would in the pics, but in real life they are too big for peanut butter cups. I do agree though. I need to get me a smaller mold and make some pbc for tarts :-) Thanks for the idea.
