catseye
This is a rustic I made today, and I think it turned out right. It cooled a little fast, as I opened the windows to freshen up the house (we're in Texas, and it's been in the upper 70's here). It came right out of the mold - no wax on the sides. I'm going to remelt this candle and allow it to cool properly, but I wanted to post this pic and see what the experts think. Thank you for looking! Georgia
Still tiny, but from what I can see it looks pretty darn good.
Luci
I've never made one of those and have no idea of the process. But, I think it is a pretty candle. I like the style of the rustics, and I like your color choice.
Scented
Looks good. What's the touch of purple on the bottom? I bet the blend of the two colors in rustic form would be cool too.
Everito Bandito
You're off to a great start. If I had to bet my money on it, I'd bet that you're making more today! Addicting isn't it and the most fun part is getting that first look at it when it comes out of the mold...:smiley2:
Trish
I don't see why you would remelt it? Rustics need to cool fast, that's part of what gives it the effect overall. I'd just burn it and see how it does, JMO. It looks really pretty!
Tanya
It's rustic - dont remelt it!! It's perfect.

tonyalc
Wow, I'm no expert, but I think it looks lovely just the way it is! I agree with the others, please don't re-melt this one. What's the scent?
monkeybritches
I don't know much about rustics, but that is beautiful! I wouldn't melt it down either.
