Trish
I think they look really good too. Only thing I noticed was a bit of mottling on a couple...happens to me too. The last layer is the worst for me, just make sure you're pouring cool enough since the mold is already warm from the previous layers.Keep it up!! Trish- I can't seem to get the mottling to go away. LMFAO I get so mad but I will try pouring maybe 5 degrees cooler today and see if it makes a difference. If not- then I think I will just look at it as it adds "Character" lmfao .
Luci
Having never made anything like this, I don't understand what could possibly be considered a "flaw" here. To me, these candles are beautiful and have an interesting "character" to them. What am I missing? I've purchased many similiar looking candles because of the appearance.Seriously, I'm trying to learn what is considered the desirable characteristics in a candle such as this. Clue me in, cause I'm seeing a candle to be proud of.BTW--the other pics made me drool, too.
