I am looking for some reasonable craft shows to do in my state (Florida) also. The big ones are all so expensive.
doglover
I know you stated "internet" listing, but there are also a lot of printed publications out there as well. Craftlister has several he promotes. The one I use mostly is the Craft Register. It not only contains shows from the different states, but it also has a section for individual crafter listings (free!)The book itself runs about $25 and is printed annually. I believe the web addy is http://www.thecraftregister.com/I have purchased it for years. There are large and small shows listed. It grows in size every year! HTH. Candybee
I also check all local county Chamber of Commerce sites for their event calender and came up with about half the shows I am doing this year. The other half I get through an Arts and Crafts Shows Yellow Pages publication.
LynnS
I see listings all the time in my paper but some are the same week-ends.Found another I am going to set up for and THINK that week-end is free.Doing nothing so YEAH.I did it once and did pretty good.Of course would like to do better.LynnS
Crafty1_AJ
The other thing to do is network with other crafters. When you go to a show, get to know your fellow vendors and exchange e-mails. You can let each other know when good shows come up. HTH
