Candlelady4ever
Jars ,pillars or votives?I would do a poll thingy, but I cant find where to start it. I did a search for polls on this subject and didnt find one. So hope this isnt a repeat. So guys and gals, which is it???
CraftyChris
I find in my store, my regular customers buy jars, but if it's a new customer, or someone wants to try a scent-they buy votives. I do have a customer base who comes in and buys votives once a week too though. Definitly not pillars-they are more an order type of thing, although we do keep a healthy stock of them on hand-I never seem to have just the right sixe and scent....SOOOOO to anwser your question (lol) Jasts #1, with votives a tight #2. People tend to burn votives in specific holders- and jars can be any place.Novelty candles, like pies, hurricanes, people tend to buy as gifts.Hope that helps a bit... RobinInOR
I took the liberty of making it a poll for you And when I started, it was votives. Now it's pillars cuz that's all I sell, but at the beginning I did everything.
jenniejr
Jars are #1 for me too. And votives are #
bugtussle
6 Oz Tins are #1 for me!
Trish
All my wholesale accounts buy pillars and only one orders pillars AND jars, so pillars are the majority of my business. However, to friends (and friends of friends) I sell jars. Hardly any votives...
candlesprite7
tealights, ugh! then Pillars....
Candlelady4ever
Thanks Robin! I guess the " something else" would be tarts, tealights, jars that would set on warmers? I was surprised at the poll, "something else" and jars almost the same.

Tallbabydoll
Hurricanes then votives. I don't make containers, but have had requests for them. I just don't want to start the testing process all over again and add another wax to the mix, already use 3 different waxes and only have a 1 bdrm house. LOL
