Katcameback
I was wondering if someone can help me decide on the color for Jasmine candles. I was thinking that white is probably the best, but I don't have any whitener. Will it look ok if I don't add any color at all? Or should I make it yellow? AngelaVA
I have no idea what color it "should" be, lol. But I think that yellow or white would be very nice.
Katcameback
Ok thanks. Can I make white without adding whitener? Will it look ok, is what I mean, lol. I have some on order, but I live in the middle of Armpit, Canada, and I have to order all my supplies in, lol.
AngelaVA
What wax are you using? In most of the container waxes I've tried, not putting in any dye will leave the finished candle a nice white color. 4627 was the only exception. It left the candles looking like vaseline due to the consistency of the wax. But I doubt you would have a problem.

sudsnwicks
Jasmine tea is a greenish yellow. White would be fine too.

PamR
For some reason, I've always made mine pink.Pam R
blondiee
I may be dating myself, but I remember a perfume from my pre-teen days called "Musky Jasmine" and it was in the prettiest lavender/purple colored bottle. Same people who made Love's Baby Soft, i.e., same shape bottle, just different color. I lean towards a pinkish-lavender sort of color for my candles because of it. Kaybee23
The most common I think are white, yellow, pink, but I have also seen them in purple. I color mine yellow.
