To Those That Make Body Sprays

What size bottle do you sell your body sprays and do you use Cyclo.? I have been testing some with cyclo. and I am very pleased with the results. But after pricing how much it would cost to use cyclo. in a 8oz bottle(cyclo, FO, bottle, label + amount for shipping of supplies) I am afraid I would have to sell it for more than people are willing to pay to make a profit.

I love the Cyclo body sprays. I sell the 2.7 oz and the 4 oz aluminum bottles.

I think the 8 oz might cost you a bit to make, so the price would be high.

My girls at work LOVE the 2.7 oz size because it fits in the purse. :smiley2:

I also use cyclo, and the aluminum 2.7 and 4 oz bottles. Let people know that a little goes a long way, then they don't mind the price so much.

If you want to cut down on the cyclo a bit, you can always mix some soybean oil in, up to 50%.

I don't sell, but I do make them for myself and family in 2 oz size. SInce you don't have to use a lot, you don't go through it as fast as you might lotion or body wash. PLus, they are easier to take with you!!

I make these in the 3 oz. aluminum bottles, using cyclo. One squirt does go along ways. I think the 8 oz size, would be way too much, and spendy to make. They are great sellers for Craft Fairs, and fun to put in gift baskets.

Does adding the soybean oil change the "feel" of the cyclo at all? I don't like oily sprays and I do like the feel of the cyclo. Can you add any other oil or is soybean oil the best?

I use cyclo & FO I sell 4 oz for $8.00 & 8 oz for $15.00. I do sell more of the 4 oz than the 8 oz. I sell mine in dark blue spray bottle that I get from SKS. And just label to shake well before using. HTH Cindy/WI

I use the 30 ml glass and aluminum bottles from the Scent Works. I use Cyclo, Fractionated Coconut Oil and Fragrance or Essential oils. A little goes a long way so people really like them HTH

Believe me I feel the same way.That stuff is expensive.I did see where I can get a gallon of body spray for $14.99.I can handle that but wonder how it is.I barely can get $3.50 for lotion(8 oz) so would have to be reasonable.On sites etc alot sell the lotion for almost $8.00.I will up mine when I do my site but really at shows etc it has to be $3.50.

I do it only in a 4 oz bottle and sell it for $12 - I don't use cyclo. It's one of my most popular products, people really like it.
