Candle Paint?

Does anyone use candle paint? I'd like to know which ones to buy before I waste money on the wrong ones. Can you burn them safely? What about the metallics paint? Ever use that stuff? Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge.

Ya know, I totally passed on the painted candles.......wasn't worth my time or expense.

I was thinking along the line of the paint pens...not a paintbrush. I'm not very artistic in that sense. There are some on Amazon, but I don't know if you could burn them safely if they're painted?

I sprayed a clear non glossy paint where I wanted my acrylic paint to stick. Worked great.

I haven’t tried it myself, but I’ve read that you can put just a drop or two of Dawn dish soap in your everyday acrylic craft paint and it will work just like the store bought wax paints. 

Might be worth a try!

This is supposed to mix with acrylic paint to help stick to waxy surfaces....and cheap enough!

Thanks! I wanted the paint just for dabs of colors if I find a good mold company...it would only be for things like eyeballs, snow on a Christmas tree...stuff like that. I totally lack artistic talent to actually "paint" them.
