Belinda Posted February 11, 2017 Share Posted February 11, 2017 You're going to find duds with any company. I have tons of samples from both that I like and some that I don't like. As far as having better fragrance oils over all, and only ordering from one, I would say go with RE. Having said that, there are some from JS that I really love too.
