candlesinflorida
Does anyone have suggestions for strong fragrance oils to use in soy wax that will help eliminate pet or food odors? I am looking to create candles with scents that help get rid of weird scents in the home, like cooking fish or wet dog smell. Also looking for great scents that can calm dogs/cats, like lavender etc. Any specific FO suggestions?

candlesinflorida
Thank you both so much! I knew I saw something like that somewhere (in my FO search/obsession) but I couldn't remember where I saw it! Candle Science! Yay and thanks! lisajo
The candlemakers store has a great one. I used in wax melts not a candle. I think he has 3 versions. I remember a citrus one and a cherry one. They both worked on dog smells. BCN has one but I didn't like their version OOB. It smelled like old cigarettes and grass to my nose. I couldn't bring myself to put it in wax.
kandlekrazy
Flaming Candle has a Citrus odor eliminator, not sure how well it actually works but it flies off my shelf. The floral ones never sold well for me.
