does color of FO determine anything?????

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

This might be a silly question but here goes.  Does the color of a FO determine anything, like how heavy or light the scent is, or whether or not you may need to wick up/down?  Thanks

As OldGlory said, not really, no.

However, I have noticed that vanillas/bakery scents tend to be dark liquid, florals/spa types tend to be clear, and fruity scents tend to be yellow. Not all of course, but that seems to be the average on the ones I have.
