Do you make palm candles? I started w/soy but had so much problems then i accidentally came across palm and have fallen in love w/it.

We've had ferrets for years & have 2 right now. We LOVE our little fuzz butts, they are so funny, just wish they had a longer life span. West Monroe looks like it's near Syracuse, not too far. I'm actually in Warsaw, NY, just a couple hours from you.

I make parasoy containers, pillars, votives & melts, along with beeswax pillars, votives & tapers. I make hemp milk & goat's milk soap and lotion. You'll find lots of great information on this board - dig in and have fun!! :cool2:

I was making soy but changed to palm 'cause I love the glow it gives. I haven't been making them that long. I made a couple of candles for my mom and sis and I found out I realy enjoy them so much that i'm doing them all the time now. I have been learning since Christmas and I have soooo much more to learn.

Hello I'm not sure if it's ok to ask. Is there anyone from upstate NY?

If I'm not suppose to ask I'm sorry.

Yes..I live between Utica/Rome area as well! I have made palm(glass glo) candle's but I could never get them wicked..way..so then I moved on to Soy..I am not a business(as of now..I used to be though) just hobbyist..if I can find a good tart/melt wax combo I will go for it again here in the Fall. As far as candle's..I make them but I don't push to sell them anymore as wicking has drastically changed for my recipe. So I am at square one basically with my candle's. :/ So cool you have so many animal's! I love animal's! :)
