The Pepper and Port is a winner. BUT...I'm not sure what it should smell like..LOL But to me it reminds me of a "Russian Tea" my mom used to make for holiday parties..It had Tang and lipton tea powder. I think it was also called Wassail back in the day. It's very clovey to me..Which clove is pepper like, sharp, spicy but sweet. I poured it in EL container at 4.5%. It's in a Specialty Bottle straight sided 6oz jar with a CD 10 wick. Within minutes it was pumping out the scent across the room.
