I pour one ounce of wax right into a foil cupcake wrapper it fills it about half way. let it dry wrap the edges inward and put a round lable on top. there are pics in the galler somewhere.

But a thermostatically controlled device for melting parafin is way different then burning it till you get a mp isnt it? I mean the flame would certainly burn different all the time and from one to the other wouldnt it? I mean if you trimmed the wick if you didnt how long it has been burning etc. I dont know I have a lot to learn about wicking but I think you are gonna finally get to see a justified lawsuit.

If your business is incorporated or registered in your state with a state tax id or federal tax id number they conside it a trademark. Only works in a cybersquatting case. In which the current owner does not own a business by that name.

I use .net for some sites but if the .com is doing the same thing you better have a nicer site. most browsers automatically go to a .com with just the word and no . after it so you could lose customers with a .net

if it is a registered trademark it is illegal. really illegal to use someone elses and then the line blurs with altering it. example someone here got a cease and dissest letter from yankme for using the word '"tart" for waxmelts. They can do that as they own the trademark. However they cannot go after kellogs for "poptarts" because it doesnt infringe on their trademark.
